Remove all ACM identified in the report. After the start date this job was under contract with penalty of liquidated damages and had to be completed within 30 calendar days. 

The project involves the complete demolition and removal of the former Jordan Hall building consisting of 60,051 SF of vertical improvements. The structure is concrete beams and columns with terra cotta flooring and exterior walls faced with brick.

Green Circle Demolition was selected first by the construction manager, Ted Hall, then later by the contractor, Van Winkle Construction, for the abatement and the subsequent demolition of the Christ Church project in Atlanta, GA.
