Huntsville Interior Demolition

Scope of Work:

Brasfield and Gorrie employed GCD to perform the select interior demolition of the commercial structure located in Huntsville, AL. The structure was composed of multiple additions and renovations throughout from the 80’s and 90’s.  The building was comprised of two levels totaling 155,000 square feet. Our scope of work included bringing the building to a cold dark shell by removing interior buildout and MEP components throughout.  This was a fast track design build project with a challenging schedule. Our scope of work evolved weekly as design revisions were received and new conditions discovered during our demolition process. Coordination with other trades was critical to the success of this project resulting in multiple work areas and complex deadlines. GCD successfully completed this project safely, within budget and on time.
